What is MagodoPlus?
A Lagos-focused marketplace and opportunity platform. It exists so that finding a tailor, a mechanic, a caterer or a job in Lagos does not depend on knowing somebody who knows somebody.
It connects customers, businesses, service providers, job seekers, employers and advertising partners in one place — and keeps what each of them can see about the others honest.

Because the ordinary business of finding somebody reliable is harder than it should be, and the ordinary business of being found is harder still.

Trust should be clear, not confusing
Most marketplaces blur their labels until a reader cannot tell what was checked from what was bought. MagodoPlus keeps them apart, and says which is which on the page itself.

A paid package does not make a business verified. A sponsored listing does not make it verified. A popular business is not automatically verified either. These are separate systems and one cannot reach the other.
Built around Lagos
The name comes from where this started, not from where it stops. MagodoPlus covers areas across Lagos — Magodo and Ojodu, Ikeja and Maryland, Yaba and Surulere, Lekki and the areas around them — and a business is listed by the area it actually works in.
If your area is not on the platform yet, nothing is hiding it. No business there has joined.
