Report something

If a business, listing, appointment, job advert or account on MagodoPlus is not what it claims to be, tell us. You do not need an account, and what you send goes to the people who can act on it rather than into a general inbox.

If you are in danger, or money has just left your account

Contact the police and your bank first. MagodoPlus can take a listing down and suspend an account; it cannot recover money or attend an emergency. Report it here as well — it helps us stop the same thing happening to somebody else.

What are you reporting?

As exactly as you can. It is how we find the right one. For an appointment, the reference beginning MGP-BK.

What is wrong?

Only so we can come back to you with a question. Leave it blank to report anonymously.

What happens next

Somebody reads it. Reports about money and safety are looked at before reports about a duplicate posting, so a report of a fee being asked of applicants does not sit behind twenty reports of the wrong price.

We do not tell the business who reported them. Your email address, if you gave one, is used to ask you a question and nothing else.

We cannot promise an outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise. Some reports end with a listing removed or an account suspended; some end with us finding nothing wrong. Either way a person has looked.
